History and Vision
JGM Educational Consultants started in the home of Dr. Gilbert back in Killeen, Texas in 2009. She then relocated to Houston, Texas in 2015 where she remained in her home. In 2022 she branched out to a partner brick and mortar location until she moved to Livingston.
JGMEC-Livingston
In 2023, Dr. Gilbert stepped out on faith and opened an independent brick and mortar location in Livingston while maintaining the Houston location until 2024 when weather related damages forced her out of the Houston location at which time she moved the Houston students to online adn she shifter her focus to the growth of the Livingston location.
The Return to Houston with vision and purpose.
In the first quarter of 2026, Dr. Gilbert plans to REOPEN JGMEC 2 in partnership with some Houston community entities part time with a full summer kickoff at both Livingston and Houston locations.

JGMEC 5 Year Plan
In the next 5 years Dr. Gilbert envisions opening a JGMEC on the North, South, East, and West side of Houston as well as maintain smaller locations in the outskirts to include her Livingston location!
